Mothers day

Mother’s Day is a key perfume gifting holiday for Philosophy, with signature scents curated into feminine gift sets each year.

To give the boxes a cohesive, recognizable look, the signature nameplate was reused—saving on die-line costs—while spot gloss on affirmation words added a subtle, unexpected pop. Each scent is visually represented on the box by its corresponding flower (e.g., Amazing Grace, Sweet Pea).

New photography was commissioned with the campaign team to ensure perfect angles and lighting, including the first-time inclusion of “Pure Grace Nude Rose” and “Amazing Grace Ballet Rose” in the collection.

Holiday

Holiday is Philosophy’s largest program, sold across Sephora, Ulta, and Macy’s, often with retailer-exclusive SKUs and custom designs.

Artwork featured oversized trees filled with brand-signature icons and words of affirmation, while background colors indicated product categories—red for bath & body, blue for skincare, and pink for signature scents like Amazing Grace.

The whimsical snowflake trees anchored the concept, with swirls and snowflakes adding visual movement. The Philosophy logo followed the curve of the unique window cut, unifying the playful, dynamic design across 30+ SKUs.

QVC Holiday

QVC is known for their unique configurations and frequent jumbo size offerings to their customers. Brand new logo lockups were designed for the body souffle collection, in particular pink chocolate macaroon. Other holiday and winter themed scents were apart of the jumbo collection.

Custom holiday gifting packaging was developed for easy gift giving for consumers. Two sizes of gift bags, two piece box, and tag were designed with the holiday design of the trees on the bold red background. Swirls graced the sides of the bag to give a complete 360 degree design made to stand out. This helped with quick and easy all-in-one gift giving sold in large collections to make consumers lives easier.

 

 Ulta Holiday Exclusives

QVC is known for unique configurations and jumbo-size offerings. For the Body Soufflé collection—especially Pink Chocolate Macaroon—new logo lockups were designed alongside other holiday and winter-themed scents.

Custom holiday gift packaging, including two sizes of gift bags, a two-piece box, and tags, featured bold red backgrounds with tree illustrations and swirling accents for a full 360° design. This approach created visually impactful, all-in-one gift sets that simplified holiday shopping for consumers.

Gifts with purchase

For Philosophy’s Gift-with-Purchase program, custom bags with zipper pulls, cardboard wraps, small boxes, tags, and mini cloth bags were designed for various retailers.

Fronts featured hero imagery and the signature “Philosophy” branding, while backs summarized the kit’s purpose and highlighted included products. Mini cloth bags incorporated enamel pull tabs mimicking iconic products.

Working closely with the campaign team, new hero photography was created using strong overhead lighting to enhance definition and organic product shadows—a signature Philosophy aesthetic rooted in clean, modern design and medical-grade skincare heritage.
