Calista Tools
2025 + Beyond Branding Updates
The Calista brand had historically relied on external agencies and freelancers, resulting in each product being developed with its own distinct style and specifications. Through a series of thoughtful, incremental updates, the line was refined into a cleaner, more cohesive, and professional brand system—one that was positioned to move confidently into the retail space and command the attention these advanced products deserved.
Removal of outlined circle around butterfly mark (it had no purpose and weighed it visually)
Consistant line spacing, font sizes (a major clean up)
Aiming for the correct brand established pink across all print partners
Scaling of the mark in relationship to the brand name, for easy brand recognition without overwhelming the design
2026 Retail: Packaging Smoothie Original & Mini
Packaged the Smoothie Brush, a revolutionary haircare product, for retail market launch.
Developed a clear size indicator visual that improved product reference and in-store navigation.
Updated branding by implementing consistent typography and alignment, strengthening shelf presence.
Designed custom die lines tailored to product dimensions, ensuring packaging stability and reducing production errors.
QVC 2026 Floral Patterns
Each year, I develop a fresh collection of patterns for QVC, most often showcased on their “Today’s Special Value” hot tools. These designs are rooted in both trend forecasting and direct consumer requests, with a focus on florals that resonate with QVC’s core demographic.
To balance familiarity with modern appeal, I incorporated vibrant alcohol ink backgrounds, adding depth and energy to the patterns while updating the traditional floral look. The color palette—anchored in shades of blue, purple, and pink—was carefully selected to align with QVC’s proven consumer preferences. The vibrancy of these designs also echoes the signature red glow of the infrared tools, creating a cohesive, eye-catching product experience.
Mockups: Heat Tool Bag, Perfector Heat Tool, Towel Hair Wrap
QVC 2026 Mod Pattern Collection
Created a 60’s Mod capsule collection informed by trend forecasting, strengthening brand relevance and driving consumer engagement with limited-edition offerings. These patterns are focused for mini hot tools and accessories.
