The player development division sets out to help rookies and players alike develop themselves for life after the NBA.
They also help with benefits and various programs within the organization. 

Every summer the NBA offers job shadowing opportunities for players to discover what sort of career they may
want to pursue after the NBA. This brochure is to be used to highlight these companies they can visit.
